Dwain Browne is a Toronto-based founder, builder and speaker who builds software companies that help people work smarter, sell better and get paid faster.

His career started in graphic design, moved into website development and then into running his own website design company. That work introduced him to the skilled trades. He saw how much of the work in contracting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and garage door businesses still ran on paper, phone calls, disconnected tools and manual follow-up, and that became the foundation for SnapSuite. SnapSuite is operations and payments software that helps trade businesses handle scheduling, quoting, work orders, invoicing and getting paid. SnapSuite has been selling software to contractors and service businesses since 2018.

Selling SnapSuite showed him a second problem: cold outreach and lead prioritization took far too much manual work. His team built its own scoring system to decide which prospects deserved the next call. That system became LeadScore AI, which ranks leads against a company's ideal customer profile and explains each score in plain English.

Dwain has worked with law firms, trade associations, trade companies, contractor and plumbing businesses, enterprise software teams and medical companies. He also founded Affordly, a personal-finance app, and Vibe Code to Profit, a free community that teaches people to build and launch AI-powered software. He shares live builds and business lessons on his YouTube channel. His companies operate under SnapSuite Technologies Inc.
