SnapSuite helps contractors, HVAC, plumbers, electrical companies, and garage door companies manage the work that happens between first call and final payment.
Operations dashboard
Skilled trades businesses need more than a basic CRM. They need job details, work orders, purchase orders, calls, payments, and project status to stay connected across the whole team.
SnapSuite is shaped around the daily operating questions contractors ask: what is incomplete, who is dispatched, which jobs are ready, and how much work is still waiting to be invoiced.
Keep jobs, crews, customers, and project details visible from one place.
Track the operational paperwork that keeps jobs moving and materials accounted for.
Bring communication and payment workflows closer to the job so teams can move faster.
Surface the jobs that need attention before crews, materials, or invoices fall through the cracks.
Dispatch jobs directly to field workers and technicians on the mobile app and get real-time status updates. See unassigned priority jobs at a glance.
Keep your Word and Excel templates. Client details are inserted for you, so quotes go out faster without changing how you work.
Create invoices from completed work orders quickly, so finished jobs turn into money sooner.
Techs receive dispatched jobs, update status, record voice notes, and send digital copies of work orders and purchase orders back to the office.

Theme: Everything that happens between the first call and the final payment, and how to keep the books clean along the way.
Talk 1A
In most trade shops, the job isn't what eats the week. It's the admin around the job: calls that never became appointments, techs waiting on the next address, quotes that sat in someone's truck for three days. This session walks through the full first call to completed job flow and shows where work usually leaks, whether you run on paper, a whiteboard, spreadsheets or software. You'll leave with a simple operating rhythm for intake, scheduling, dispatch and quoting that fits a small or mid-size shop.
Talk 1B
Finishing the job is only half the work. Getting paid is the other half, and it's often where cash flow breaks. This session covers the path from completed work order to invoice to payment: why invoices go out late, why they get disputed, and what well-run shops do differently. It's practical and tool-agnostic, built around the everyday questions owners ask: what's incomplete, what's ready to invoice, and what's still outstanding?
Talk 1C
Trade contractors often keep their customer and invoice records in field-service apps, on paper or in spreadsheets, and that makes year-end work harder for the people who do their books and taxes. This session explains how contractor operations data can flow into QuickBooks, what an accountant or EA can review on the QuickBooks side, where that flow commonly breaks, and what to ask contractor clients to do each month. The guidance is vendor-neutral. The one live example uses a field-service tool that pushes customers and invoices to QuickBooks. This is not a tax-law session, and the software shown is not accounting software.
All three talks with who they're for, the lengths that work, and related videos. Every session is education first, with no product demo unless you ask for one.
