I learned how to communicate clearly, understand audiences, and make ideas easier to understand visually.
About me
I help organizations translate complicated business rules, workflows, and operational constraints into scalable software that makes teams more efficient and businesses easier to run.
Dwain Browne is a technology entrepreneur, software developer, and cloud infrastructure architect with experience building software platforms, automation systems, and AI-driven business tools.
He is the Founder and CEO of SnapSuite and LeadScore AI, where he focuses on helping businesses improve operations, sales execution, workflow automation, and decision-making through modern software and artificial intelligence.
Dwain has spent more than two decades working across software systems, SaaS products, logistics technology, business automation, and cloud-based systems. His work is shaped by both founder-level business context and hands-on software execution.
In addition to his technical background, Dwain has practical experience working with businesses in field services, logistics, sales operations, and automation. His perspective as both a founder and builder allows him to understand how technology, infrastructure, and execution can support long-term business growth.
Before the companies and platforms, my career started with design. I wanted to understand how things looked, how they communicated, and how people experienced them.
From there, I moved into website development because I wanted to build the things I was designing. That opened the door to software, business workflows, customer problems, and eventually entrepreneurship.
After starting my own website design company, I discovered the skilled trades market and saw how much operational work was still happening through paper, phone calls, disconnected tools, and manual follow-up. That became the foundation for SnapSuite.
As I spent more time around business owners and sales teams, I kept seeing another problem: cold outreach and lead prioritization were taking too much manual effort. That led to LeadScore AI.
I learned how to communicate clearly, understand audiences, and make ideas easier to understand visually.
Design led me into building websites, which led me deeper into software, user workflows, and business systems.
Running my own company taught me how clients think, how operations break down, and where software can create leverage.
Contractors, HVAC, plumbers, electricians, and garage door companies needed better project management, work orders, purchase orders, voice, and payments. That became SnapSuite.
Salespeople and small sales teams needed better ways to research, prioritize, and personalize cold outreach at scale. That became LeadScore AI.
Dwain's technical background includes cloud infrastructure architecture, backend and frontend application development, API integrations, database design, automation workflows, and scalable software deployment.
He has hands-on experience with technologies including .NET, C#, Node.js, Python, Cloudflare, AWS, Azure, serverless architecture, distributed systems, and modern web application frameworks.
His work has involved designing and building systems that support business operations, data processing, customer management, sales automation, and AI-assisted workflows.
Dwain's role with the company is focused on providing strategic insight related to technology, cloud infrastructure, automation, AI systems, and scalable business operations.
